Potions & Brews​

NameEffect
Mordecai's Special BrewAlchemical potion brewed by Mordecai for Carl. Effects vary by batch; generally a potent combat buff or healing mixture. Used throughout Floor 4 combat preparation.
Ghoul JuiceDropped by Festering Ghouls. Temporary stat buff with addiction/side effect risk.

Food & Mundane​

NameEffect
Seize the Day ToothpasteEnchanted toothpaste. Provides a temporary Charisma or Dexterity buff. Used by Donut pre-combat. Demonstrates the dungeon's mundane-item enchantment pattern.

Explosives & Special Weapons​

NameEffect
Boom Box (Explosive Loot Box)Detonates on impact or timer. Used by Carl as improvised area-denial weapons and in the Doomsday Nuke construction.
Sheol BricksMagical incendiary fuel bricks. Used by Fire Brandy to fuel the Nightmare Express. Burns at extreme temperatures; produces hellish flame. Named after Sheol (Hebrew underworld).

Ammunition​

NameEffect
Dirty Little Phased BoltMagical ammunition that phases through armor or invisibility cloaks. Hekla used these to shoot Katia invisibly through her own protective equipment. Also used against phase-shielded enemies.

Special / Floor Mechanics​

NameEffect
Rev-Up Vitamin ShotFloor 4's primary mob buff item. Distributed through station water supplies. Highly addictive — withdrawal creates Stage 1, 2, and 3 DT progressions. Source: the Krakaren drug operation at Station 24.

Summon Items​

NameEffect
Stuffed Figure (Jaxbrin Amusements)Collectible summon tags. Pulling the tag creates a true summon (not spell-created). Rarity determines duration. Daniel Bautista's primary combat method. Includes a rare Clown Prince figure in his collection.
