Fire Brandy
Overview​
Fire Brandy was a Lesser Demon NPC who served as the fireman/engineer of the Nightmare Express. She and conductor Tizquick sacrificed themselves by driving the train into the Abyss during the Floor 4 endgame, clearing a massive enemy wave to protect fleeing crawlers.

Role in the Story So Far​
Fire Brandy operated the Nightmare Express on the Iron Tangle with Tizquick as conductor. In her final moments before the sacrifice, she came to understand the true nature of the dungeon — that the crawlers were victims of an alien entertainment construct, not willing participants. This understanding informed her decision to sacrifice herself.
She and Tizquick drove the Nightmare Express into the Abyss, taking a massive enemy swarm with them. Their deaths bought critical time for crawlers to escape and are among the deaths Carl explicitly mourned.
