Prepotente

Overview​

Prepotente, called "Pony" by his companion Miriam Dom, is a sapient Caprid (goat) crawler. He claims to be one of only two Earth creatures in the dungeon with true sapience — the other being Princess Donut. He is unpredictable, prone to random screaming, and casual in his references to murdering people, though Miriam insists he doesn't mean them.

Role in the Story So Far​

Prepotente first appeared on the leaderboard in Book 2. He was encountered in person on Floor 4 at Station 36, where he had been attempting to kill the province boss via cardiac arrest when Carl accidentally teleported it to the abyss.

On Floor 5, he suffered a panic attack and went berserk. While Miriam was searching for him after returning from the Dungeon Sidekicks show, she was cursed into vampirism. After her Club Vanquisher membership was revoked, Prepotente released Bianca into the Club Vanquisher lounge in rage — the creature devoured a group of clerics. A Holy Crusade Bounty was placed on the trio.

On Floor 6, he and Miriam saved Carl's life when Carl was in a coma following a hunter ambush early in the floor. Miriam (now vampiric) could only drink blood from creatures Prepotente had just killed. Their combat method: Miriam keeps them hidden and buffs Prepotente while Bianca stacks debuffs onto targets without the target realizing the danger. They killed 3 Odious Creepers on Floor 6 together.

Prepotente established at least four towns on Floor 6. He entered Floor 7 in the "pole position chamber" alongside Carl, Donut, and Kiwi.

Note: Bianca was originally a regular goat, transformed by the same type of enhanced pet biscuit that elevated Princess Donut to full sapient crawlerdom — placing Prepotente and Donut in an extremely small class of Earth animals brought into the dungeon by the same mechanism.
