Dungeon Floor 2

Overview

The second level of the World Dungeon. Structurally similar to Floor 1 but with cinderblock walls and orange-tinted lichen. Harder mobs and a punitive Rage Elemental made this floor significantly more dangerous.

Description

White floors. Cinderblock walls instead of stone, with orange lichen providing dim light. Layout is similar to Floor 1's maze structure. Mobs were generally Level 2–8 with the Rage Elemental (Level 93) as a special punitive encounter.

Events

• Descent to Floor 2 — Carl, Princess Donut, and Agatha descend
• Krakaren neighborhood boss fight
• Rage Elemental encounter — punitive mob; defeated using the MOAB device
• Mongo bonding with Princess Donut
• Discovery of Valtay Corp items in Agatha's shopping cart
• Descent to Floor 3 — at the end of Book 1

Key Locations

• Floor 2 restaurant safe room — a restaurant with a sleeping chamber where Carl's group was trapped with the Rage Elemental
• Krakaren's lair — a large boss chamber containing a moonshine still and a cage of Brindle Grubs
• Stairwell to Floor 3 — where Carl, Donut, and Mongo camped before descent
