Overview​

The Syndicate is the interstellar governing body that oversees resource rights, species protections, and the World Dungeon framework across billions of star systems.

Known Facts​

  • Consists of over 3 billion independent star systems
  • Under the Precious Elemental Reserves Code (subsection 543), planets must file a sovereignty claim within 50 Solars of first contact or forfeit their resources. Earth failed to do so.
  • The Indigenous Planetary Species Protection Act requires that surviving humans be given a chance to reclaim their planet's matter — fulfilled by the World Dungeon
  • A Syndicate neutral observer AI was dispatched to Earth to supervise the dungeon and enforce rules
  • Borant Corporation — assigned regency over Earth's solar system under Syndicate law
