Overview​

The Valtay Corporation is one of the most powerful corporate entities in the universe. Their version of a dungeon crawl features android death machines and pulse rifles rather than goblins and trolls.

Known Facts​

  • Valtay are a parasitic lifeform. They prefer aquatic hosts such as kua-tin or gleeners, but also inhabit human bodies. Their home world is aquatic.
  • Had a fleet parked outside the Borant system, hours away from initiating a full-scale collection action against Borant. The kua-tin stopped them by starting Earth's dungeon season early.
  • Their technology — pulse pistols, shields, communication relays — is banned or regulated within the dungeon.
  • Odette warned Carl to be cautious if the Valtay Corporation ever made contact with him.

The nature of Agatha's connection to the Valtay Corporation is an unresolved question as of Book 1.
