Britney Proskurina

Overview
Britney Proskurina is a Ukrainian human crawler and a consistent member of Carl's core group since Floor 5. Dark-haired with a fur-bikini barbarian aesthetic and a permanent scowl, she is terse and direct but reliable. She has a prominent burn scar down one side of her face. She lost her romantic partner Firas at the end of Floor 6 and has been grieving his death since.
Role in the Story
Floors 4–5 (Book 4): First appeared as a Level 27 Pit Fighter, a survivor of the water quadrant alongside Vadim. She and Vadim were at his cosmetic surgery office when the dungeon appeared; they stepped outside to take pre-surgery photos and survived by accident. She refused to return to the water quadrant.
Floor 6 (Book 5): Upgraded to Pit Champion. Was in a romantic relationship with Firas. Attended the Butcher's Masquerade as Donut's plus-one and guitarist; her jacket of stuffed Slate Butterflies disabled a warning light inside the High Elf Castle, enabling the infiltration. Her quick thinking saved the group, but Firas died in the aftermath. He had asked her beforehand to sew them matching tuxedoes.
Floor 8 (Book 6): Arrived still grieving — the burn on her face hadn't healed, and she hadn't stopped crying, clutching Louis. Was on Katia's squad throughout the floor. Carl noted it was the first time he'd ever seen her smile, during the reunion when Mongo played with her.
Floor 9 (Book 7): A full member of Carl's core group throughout Larracos. Helps Carl manage his hair during combat prep. Wears enhancing underwear (+10% Dexterity, enhances berserking skills). At the end of the floor, the goddess Eris warned Carl: "Britney picked that axe off the ground and is now possessed." Juice Box scanned her afterward and sensed nothing unusual — if something was there, it was hidden well. Carl chose not to raise it with her during the chaos of the floor's final hours. She chose not to take a deal and entered Floor 10.
