Holger is a were-castor (beaver-form creature) and one of Signet's allies. He participated in the Fort Freedom assault and was twice swallowed by the borough boss.

Was swallowed twice by Claude Sludgington IV during the Fort Freedom boss fight and remained unconscious for most of the encounter. Survived.
Mourned deeply the deaths of Miss Nadine and Clint after the battle.
