Chaco
Overview
Chaco is the Floor 10 race commentator and announcer — a wolf-like former crawler serving out an indentureship as an announcer. He served as Grand Master of the Floor 11 Parade of Horribles, though only briefly, as the dungeon AI physically punished him for breaking down mid-narration.

Role in the Story So Far
Chaco served as the race commentator throughout Floor 10's Iron Tangle Grand Prix. At the start of Floor 11, the dungeon AI "voluntold" him to serve as Grand Master of the Parade of Horribles, against his will. He appeared in a formal black-and-white tuxedo with a top hat, riding Lamashtu the Donkey.
Visibly terrified, Chaco broke down mid-scripted narration, unable to continue. The AI punished him by ripping off both his wings, then possessed the NPC Grigori the Placid to take over narration. Chaco collapsed unconscious on Lamashtu.
Carl healed him with a healing scroll mid-parade, defying the AI's explicit prohibition on healing Chaco.
After the parade ended, Chaco stood alongside Grigori at the arena entrance — wingless and bewildered.
