Orren

Overview​

Orren is the Syndicate liaison who meets with Carl at floor transitions. He is a hooded, grim-reaper-like figure who contains a parasitic gondii worm — a citizen of the Valtay — floating in a glass dome under his hood.

Known Facts​

  • A Valtay gondii (parasitic worm) controlling a humanoid host body. Functions as the Syndicate's neutral face during floor transitions.
  • At the Floor 5→6 transition, he convened a meeting with representatives from Borant, the Syndicate Crawl subcommittee, and interested parties, plus a media representative — all to address Carl specifically.
  • Confiscated the Gate of the Feral Gods (two watches and a winding box) from Katia at the Floor 6 entry.
  • Reported that the Dreadnought faction abandoned Faction Wars entirely after Carl wiped out their army on the previous floor.
  • Previously stated he would have removed Carl if it were up to him; noted that now "nobody is indifferent anymore."
