Scolopendra
Overview
Scolopendra was the Level 500 Dungeon Boss — the most powerful entity in the entire dungeon. She was defeated by Carl on Floor 11 using an unconventional method: an enriched pet biscuit fired into her open mouth during her third Nine-Tier Attack charge-up. She is now Sexy Scolopendra, a Level 1 crawler.

You really are insane, Carl. And the 22 others who agreed to this batshit plan. You're crazy, too. All of you.
We've seen some suicidal gambits throughout the history of the crawl, but I gotta tell you, this takes the fucking prize. I'm not even done with my goddamned parade yet, and here you are, trying to one-up me on my special day.

Description
Scolopendra appeared as a gargantuan centipede — so large she could wrap her entire body around the massive white tree in the Floor 11 arena. She was disoriented and confused when summoned. Her body contained Club Scolopendra, a resort built within her, complete with guest rooms, hallways, a lobby, and staff.
She possesses the Nine-Tier Attack system — nine devastating attacks that charge in sequence.

Warning
Killing Scolopendra — even in her current Level 1 crawler form — or abandoning her on a collapsing floor will trigger all remaining Nine-Tier Attacks simultaneously. The dungeon AI confirmed this explicitly.
Outcome
Transformed into Sexy Scolopendra, Crawler #12,953,456, Level 1. She joined Carl's party — though due to Donut's error with the wrong biscuit, she became a sapient humanoid crawler rather than a pet.
